5 Irish Etsy Shops You'll Love

5 Irish Etsy Shops You'll Love

I love Etsy. I first bought a print on Etsy about a year ago and it has been a dangerous love affair ever since! From prints, cards, personalised gifts and all sorts of things for the home, I'm truly hooked. It's also great to see so many new, Irish designers popping up on Etsy lately. So why not show some love to our homegrown talent and take a peak at some of these amazing Irish Etsy shops:

Irish artist Rachel Corcoran describes her illustrations as original, handmade & earth-friendly products with both a contemporary and vintage vibe. These unique hand-lettered quotes and illustrations will add colour and fun to any space with their uplifting and fashionable presence. Rachel doesn't use any computer fonts, all of the lettering is created by hand and bespoke to her etsy store.

With a goal to help the environment as much as she can, while creating inspiring and thoughtful pieces of art all of Rachel's creations are done on ecologically friendly Fabriano paper, or 100% recycled pastel paper. And the tote bags are certified by SKAL and certified Fair Trade. View the entire collection here.

La Creature And You

This array of personalised homeware is fresh, fun and also 100% Irish. The designs are a unique mix of practical usefulness and smart prints. Their ethos is 'It is not totally useful if it is neither fun nor pretty'. Check them out here.

Jenny Walsh Designs

With a collection of fun, witty and fashion forward pieces for both home and lifestyle, Jenny Walsh has fast become one of my favourite Irish designers. Her cute and quirky pieces are also stocked in the super trendy, Irish emporium April and the Bear. Or you can also check out her beautiful designs here on etsy.

Ail & El

Irish concrete connoisseurs Ail and El have a gorgeous array of planters, coasters and textiles on their fabulous etsy home. With beautiful geometric prints and powerful pops of colour, these designers have an eye for pattern and beautiful colours. And with concrete as one of the main materials du jour these days, who wouldn't want some of these babies? The pieces are stocked in Dublin interiors store DUST or can be bought from their beautiful etsy store here.

Featured in the likes of Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Couch Magazine and The Irish Times these sustainable beauty products really speak for themselves. Each and every products is handmade using 100% natural, organic, vegan and cruelty free ingredients. Their Botanical Apothecary Studio in Dublin is open to the public by appointment or you can check out the full range here on etsy
